To celebrate the release of his Life is Good album, Moët & Chandon and hip-hop icon Nasir “Nas” Jones debuted the Moët Rose Lounge 2012 series in Nas’ native city of New York at the newly opened Bagatelle restaurant on July 16, 2012. The evening begun with a lavish private 50-person dinner which included celebrities such as Swizz Beatz, Teyana Taylor, Tyson Beckford and a host of Moët and Def Jam execs.
Following the dinner, the event turned to a 200-person after party, which was spun by hip-hop heavyweight, Q-Tip, and DJ Wonder. Nas celebrated the night away until 1 AM with celebrity friends such as Jay-Z, Beyonce, Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Busta Rhymes, NO I.D. and more.
The Moët Rosé Lounge Series is a private three-city, celebrity hosted supper-club tour reserved for local tastemakers and media. The series translates the extravagance of Moët Impérial Nectar Rosé into a tangible, celebratory occasion for its guests. New York City marked the first stop in the tour with upcoming stops in Miami and Los Angeles. Hosts and dates for these stops will be announced at a later date.
