Heineken Red Star Access Philadelphia

Heineken Red Star Access (Philly) from Team Epiphany on Vimeo.

For the final stop on the 2012 Heineken Red Star Access (6-city) Tour, Wale, Nas and Q-Tip joined forces in Philadelphia. This wasn’t the first time Wale or Nas hit the Heineken Red Star Access stage, but it was a first for DJ and rapper, Q-Tip. Concertgoers lined up outside of the famed Electric Factory, hours in advance to catch the concert.

Q-Tip entertained the crowd with a DJ set alongside comedian Affion Crockett. Wale was the first artist to hit the stage and he performed a few hits from his roster of songs including “Lotus Flower Bomb” and “No Hands.” Fans were surprised when the rapper invited Philly hip-hop artist Freeway on stage for a performance of his 2002 hit, “What We Do.”

Nas soon followed with DJ Green Lantern performing classic hits such as “One Mic” and recent songs, ”Daughters” and “Bye Baby” from his latest Billboard chart-topping album Life Is Good.

The Philadelphia stop completed The 2012 Heineken Redstar Access Tour. The tour kicked off in Chicago with performances by Nas and Pusha T, followed by stops in Atlanta with Trey Songz and Kendrick Lamar, D.C. with B.o.B., and New York City with Wiz Khalifa and French Montana.

Heineken Celebrates James Bond Partnership at “Crack The Case” in NYC

Heineken Crack the Case Event (NYC) from Team Epiphany on Vimeo.

On Monday, September 24, 2012 Heineken celebrated their 15-year partnership with James Bond with a train-themed party at the New York Transit Museum in Brooklyn. In anticipation of the new Bond movie Skyfall, Heineken recently launched a television and digital campaign, “Crack The Case”, which also served as the party’s theme. Three cars on the train platform were transformed into scenes from three classic James Bond movies: Die Another Day, Casino Royale and From Russia With Love. The train platform served as the perfect space for influencers, celebrities and bloggers to rub shoulders and groove to the smooth tunes of DJ Wonder and DJ D-Nice. Heineken was free flowing, per usual, and Bond girls were on hand to bring the themed cars to life. Celebs Anthony Mackie, Adrian Grenier, Denise Vasi, J.R. Smith and Bridget Kelly were in attendance. Visit http://hein.kn/CrackTheCase to view the official Heineken and James Bond commercial.
