The Cube by Swedish manufacturer Electrolux, is a floating restaurant placed atop Europe’s illustrious 19th-century buildings. The glass-enclosed kitchen and dining room is set atop Stockholm’s Royal Opera House and London’s Royal Festival Hall. It was previously atop Brussels’s Parc du Cinquantenaire providing enchanting views of Brussels.
Electrolux created this unique dining experience to highlight Michelin-starred European chefs who use Electrolux appliances in their restaurants. This midair pop-up restaurant accommodates eighteen people at a time and costs roughly $400 per person.
Electrolux describes The Cube as, “A Unique Experience Where Gastronomy Meets Astronomy.”
